Beware of procrasination, according to those with expertise in getting the hair , skin and body into shape: the longer yyou plan ahead the better you'll look and feel. "Reflexology" is skin-care specialist Lia Schorr's one-word answer to rejuvenating skin and reliving pre-wedding stress. "A reflexology foot massage is healing, relazing; everyone lover it," she says. Schorr also suggests amild, soothing seaweed facial at least three times over a period of two months; and brow shaping at least eight days before the wedding - preferably during a facial so the skin is not aggravated.
