Appointments
To make an appointment, you can call the Lia Schorr Day Spa at
212/486-9670, or stop by during regular business hours. We suggest
making appointments as far in advance as practical, but will always
try to accommodate even last-minute requests. As our Day Spa is
dedicated to personalized service, and we do not like to rush
our clients, we ask you to arrive a few minutes ahead of time
to allow for “settling in” time before your treatment begins.
Cancellation Policy
Because the Lia Schorr experience is personalized and intimate,
we never overbook for our services. A major credit card is required
to hold your appointment, and we ask your consideration in honoring
your appointment time. Our staff members are experts in their
individual areas and are very much in demand. For that reason,
we have instituted a 24-hour cancellation policy: Appointments
not cancelled or rescheduled within that time frame will result
in a charge to your credit card of 25 percent of the charge for
the scheduled treatments.
